We have a huge variety of fast and efficient home workout routines, dumbbell workout routines and gym workout routines.  DO NOT workout more than 10-20 minutes 5 days a week; Trying to workout for 1-2 hours a day is not sustainable.  A majority of people fail at loosing weight and getting in shape.   At Engineers Fitness, we have a variety of 10-20 minute fast and efficient workout routines that will give you a great workout and not take up all your free time.   No matter where you are, what equipment you have access to or what body groups you are targeting there is a workout for you here at Engineers Fitness.  Pick 5 workout routines a week, one per each body group, and choose new routines every week.

Get paid to workout!  We believe the best way to get a large variety of workout routines is to go directly to you, the user.  That is why we are willing to pay you $50 dollars for every ten thousand viewers your workout routine gets!  See the Get Paid to Workout page for more details.  Making all the routines ourselves would result in a monotonous workout regimen.  We are looking for unique and efficient workouts so every week you can try something new.  There is no limit on how much you can make!  We accept all types of routines so be as creative and unique as possible.  If it doesn't fall into a category already on our site we will create a new category for it!  Realistic workout routines are the key to success.
